By downloading, installing, or using Zodia ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Zodia is an astrology and horoscope application that provides personalized daily readings, natal chart analysis, planetary transit information, and related content based on user-provided birth data. All content is generated for entertainment purposes only.
3. Subscriptions
Zodia offers auto-renewable subscription plans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
4. No Professional Advice
The App does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or any other form of professional advice. Horoscope readings and astrological interpretations are for entertainment only and should not be relied upon for making life decisions.
5. User Data
All astrological computations are performed locally on your device. Birth data you provide is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to any external server.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of Zodia are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
